Parsley Box is a UK company that delivers ready meals to the door. About 70% of its customers are aged over 65.

When Adrienne MacAulay and her husband founded the business, they tried to get those customers to order online, but there was little take-up. Then they gave them the chance to place their orders on the phone, and the business boomed.
