Ikea in talks to buy former Topshop flagship store

Apollo Global Management, the private equity firm which lent against the building in 2019, will receive the bulk of the proceeds from the sale. The remaining cash will go to the Arcadia pension scheme, which had a huge deficit when the group collapsed.
